Terms of Service

AudiencePlayer delivers its services, including the AudiencePlayer platform, its API and the AudiencePlayer MCP connector, under the NLdigital Terms (2020 edition) in combination with the agreement concluded with each customer.

The NLdigital Terms are provided to each customer when the agreement is concluded, and are available on request at info@audienceplayer.com. The NLdigital Terms have been deposited by NLdigital at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht. The Dutch text prevails over the English translation. The NLdigital Terms (2020 edition) can be downloaded as a PDF.

Use of the API and AI assistants

Access to the platform through the API, including through the AudiencePlayer MCP connector or an AI assistant that a customer connects, is part of the services and takes place under the customer's account or credentials and on the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for managing those credentials, for the applications and AI assistants it connects, and for the instructions it gives them.
